The “Monsieur Bome Collection Volume 12” features a set of two heroines from the popular novel and anime “Full Metal Panic!” The set includes Chidori Kaname and Teretha Testarossa. The story revolves around Sousuke Sagara, a Japanese mercenary in the near future, who gets entangled in a massive conspiracy alongside high school student Chidori Kaname and Teretha Testarossa, the captain of the latest state-of-the-art submarine possessing unique abilities called “Whispered.” The series became a huge hit, captivating audiences with its blend of comical daily life scenes and realistic battlefield depictions. About Mr. Boehme. The name “BOME” is an abbreviation of the nickname “Boushi Megane,” which was given to him because he always wore a hat and glasses. He has been active as a prototype artist for bishojo (beautiful girl) figures since the 1980s. While the method had not yet been established at that time, he gained many fans by presenting delicate expressions that were closer to the original drawings. His works such as “Neon Genesis Evangelion,” “Urusei Yatsura,” and “Sailor Moon” have been highly acclaimed, and solo exhibitions have been held in Japan and abroad.
